Hi, I’m Jane, the director of Lowe's Property Maintenance.
I’m an ARLA-qualified property professional with a genuine passion for transforming homes. Since 2014, I’ve been investing in, refurbishing, and managing properties, building a portfolio that’s taught me the realities of what makes a project — and a rental — work in the real world.

My hands-on experience in property refurbishment means I understand how to add value, maximise returns, and create homes people genuinely love to live in. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I enjoy every part of the process — from planning layouts to choosing finishes and overseeing the final details.

While I still offer expert lettings support, I love helping landlords protect and elevate their investments through thoughtful, high-quality refurbishments. For me, property isn’t just a job — it’s a craft and a passion.

Hi, I’m Charlotte, manager of Lowes Property Maintenance. Alongside I am currently completing my nursing degree. I’ve developed a genuine passion for property, renovation, and creating spaces that feel both functional and uplifting. After full refurbishing my own home, I discovered just how much I enjoy transforming interiors with care, precision, and attention to detail. That personal project sparked a deeper interest in the industry and inspired me to extend my skills to help others.

I love helping homeowners look after and improve their homes through reliable maintenance and well-thought-out renovation solutions. I enjoy planning and organising projects so everything runs smoothly and stress-free. From small updates to larger home improvements, I make sure every project is completed to a high standard, with clear communication and a smooth, hassle-free process.
